As part of our policy, Fisher Auto Styling or Fisher Auto LTD. (hereinafter: "the Company"), and our aspirations for transparency and clarity, we publish this document, which specifies the privacy policy on our website.

The Company respects the privacy of users accessing the site and/or using the various services offered within it. The purpose of the terms detailed in this privacy policy is, among other things, to review how the Company uses the information provided to it by users on the site and/or collected by it while using the site and/or digital services, including digital credit invoice services, and how the user's usage of the content found on the site and/or through which the user is exposed.

The terms of the privacy policy detailed below are an integral part of the terms of use. The Company reserves the right to change its privacy policy provisions from time to time to reflect technological, business, legal, or regulatory changes. In such a case, the change will be updated in this document and published on the site. Registration and Transfer of Information to the Company

Some of the services require the provision of personal information. When contacting the Company through the website, or using digital services, the user will be required to provide personal information, such as IP address, username, address, contact methods, and/or email address, as well as the essence of the user's inquiry to the Company. Fields that are mandatory to fill will be explicitly marked as such.

The Company maintains a database where user details on the site will be stored, as detailed above. Among its purposes are managing a customer club, providing service to the Company's customers, operating and managing sales, nurturing and encouraging user loyalty through purchase behavior analysis and promotions, direct mailing for these purposes and marketing needs, conducting analyses, surveys, and research, direct mailing services, and transferring information to subsidiaries and/or authorized agents and/or affiliated companies for sending special offers and other messages to site users.

It is clarified that the user is not obliged by law to provide the information as stated, and the provision of information depends on the user's will and consent. However, filling out some fields in the contact form is a prerequisite for contacting the Company through the website.

The user hereby declares and undertakes that all information provided and/or updated on the website is accurate, reliable, and accurate, and that he has registered and/or provided the information on his behalf and for himself only, and not on behalf of third parties, except in cases where explicitly permitted to do so. The Company is entitled to collect and use the information provided by the user at the time of registration and/or the information collected about the user, including during the use of the website or digital services, in order to improve, enrich, or change (including changing the site displayed to the user) the site, document the provision of services, including digital ones, and the contents offered on the site, as well as to update the user regarding promotions and/or services offered by the Company, related companies, on its behalf, and/or by third parties with whom the Company has a business relationship. Furthermore, the Company is entitled to use the information received from the user and/or collected about him in the following cases: to establish contact with the user if necessary; for the maintenance of the website and/or the system; to improve the information and content that the Company offers on the website to users personally and/or collectively and/or to some of the users on the site.

As you choose to use digital services, we recommend that you save the products locally, as the link's validity period for receiving service documents is limited.

Without derogating from the above, subject to the user providing his contact details to the Company and consenting to receive direct mail, the Company may send the user, from time to time, by email and/or other contact methods provided by the user, information about its services, as well as marketing and advertising information. The user may withdraw his consent and cease receiving such information at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" button, which will appear at the bottom of the message.

The site uses cookies for its ongoing and proper operation, including collecting statistical data about site usage, verifying details, adapting the site to user preferences, tailoring suitable products to the user, customizing ads even when browsing other sites, and for information security purposes. Cookies are text files created by the Company's computers at the user's browser's command. The foregoing shall not derogate from the Company's right to transfer non-personal information to third parties, which does not directly identify the user by name and/or identity details.

The Company stays updated on technological developments in software and hardware fields to provide the best possible protection against intrusion or breach, including unauthorized access to its databases. However, the Company clarifies that in cases beyond its control or due to force majeure, it does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website, and/or that the website and/or the data collected and/or provided as stated above will be completely immune from unauthorized access or breach, and the user is aware that the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages of any kind resulting therefrom, including infringement of privacy.

The Company does not store credit card numbers on its computers or servers.

The Company uses the services of leading credit card processing and security companies in Israel to verify and secure the data according to the rigorous standards of information security management specified by credit card companies, PCI DSS standard. The website is secured using SSL protocol, meaning all communication between the browser (at the user's end) and the website (the server hosting the pages) is encrypted, preventing the interception of transmitted data between the browser and the website.
